Do I have to custom order something, or can I buy something that is ready-made?

Grab and go works for us! We have a wide variety of finished jewellery that is available online and ready to be purchased. Many of our customers have been very happy presenting something that is ready made. The piece can always be modified after purchase if need be. Do you offer gift wrapping? 
Leave a comment in the “note” section at checkout and we will gift wrap for you.

Where do YDP ship to?
We ship via FedEx within Canada, North America, and rest of the world. Additional rates may apply.

When are orders shipped?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-72 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays.

What happens after I place my order? 
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is confirmed. you will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped out. 

Will I be charged with duties and taxes if I am outside of Canada?
Customs policies vary depending on your country and region. All charges required for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your country’s customs office if you require information regarding applicable tax or duty rates.

Can I cancel my order? 
If you wish to cancel your order, reach out to us at yourdiamondplace@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, we offer in-store pick up, it will be ready within 1-3 business days.

If my jewelry broke, how do I get it repaired?

We are committed to our offering of quality pieces that tell your life’s journey. if you require any assistance with your beautiful piece, let us take care of you. Repairs are subject to a base fee of $100, unless quoted otherwise, and can take between 1 to 2 weeks to be completed. Please email us for additional information on the repair process.

How should I care for my jewelry?

-How to Care for Solid Gold and Platinum Jewelry

  • Use jewelry polish cloth on the pieces to bring back the luster and shininess.
  • Store in cool and dry place when not in use.

-How to Care for Diamond Jewelry

  • Diamonds can easily be stuck with oil due to lipophilic therefore remove diamond jewelry during cooking or any other chores.
  • Diamond jewelry can be cleaned with ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. Or simply with gentle brush, soap and warm water at home.
  • Store in cool and dry place when not in use.

-How to Care for Color Gemstones Jewelry

  • Avoid any chemicals since some color gemstones are treated.
  • Avoid sudden temperature change or high temperature on topaz, emerald, tanzanite and kunzite jewelry which will lead to thermal shocks due to its nature.
  • Be mindful when you wear emerald jewelry. They can be cracked or chipped even during small impacts.
  • Emerald jewelry can not be cleaned with ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. Clean with soft cloth in warm, soapy water.
  • Store individually in cool and dry place when not in use.
